This was a quick "2-hour-image" that I put together. I realized I hadn't put anything up in a while, and really should get something else posted. I'm tight on time right now, but decided to do my best in the 2 or 3 hours of free time I had to get something up there for members. Considering how long it took, I think it came out quite well. I actually did this once before, creating the image 'Perch', which also came out pretty well. Maybe I work best under pressure. ;)
I've always liked silhouetted images that I've seen done by other artists. It's about time I did one myself. It's difficult to get too intricate, since there are no shades or shadows to show detail, so I kept this one simple. Hopefully, with a little more practice, I'll be able to create some real stunning silhouette scenes this coming year. |
